Joss Price
Joss studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes and founded Boutique Retreats, a holiday let company based in Truro - so he knows exactly what property owners need from a cleaning team. After 13 years in recruitment, he came back to what he loves: the satisfaction of a job done properly, and a space that feels pristine. He started House/Work to give Cornwall's property owners and businesses the reliable cleaning partner they'd always struggled to find.
Luke Stray
Luke is a Newquay-based co-founder with a background in hospitality, startups, and — yes — crumbles. He also runs Crumbles Cornwall, making and selling handcrafted crumble desserts at markets and events across the county. Before this, he worked with one of Cornwall’s leading holiday collections, Unique Homestays, so he understands the standards and quality tenants and guests demand. As COO of House/Work, he's the person making sure the operation runs smoothly and the team feels supported.
