Joss Price
Joss studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes and spent nearly a decade running Boutique Retreats, a holiday let company based in Truro - so he knows exactly what property owners need from a cleaning team. After eight years in recruitment, he came back to what he loves: the satisfaction of a job done properly, and a space that feels pristine. He started House/Work to give Cornwall's property owners and businesses the reliable cleaning partner they'd always struggled to find.
Luke Stray
Luke is a Newquay-based co-founder with a background in hospitality, startups, and — yes — crumbles. He also runs Crumbles Cornwall, making and selling handcrafted crumble desserts at markets and events across the county. What both businesses have in common: Luke shows up, gets it done, and genuinely enjoys the work. As COO of House/Work, he's the person making sure the operation runs smoothly and the team feels supported.
